This year's theme for 'Mental health Awareness Week' is 'Nature'. We all know that nature is an untapped resource and going on a long, serotonin-releasing walk can do us a world of good. There is an endless amount of benefits to being outside, in the fresh air and in touch with nature. So in true, We are Hummingbird fashion, we are twisting this years theme.

We want you to 'MAKE IT SECOND NATURE TO CHECK-IN WITH YOURSELF'.
